Come May and Duff Goldman, from the Food Network show, would be seen in action again in Pittsburgh in what promises to be another crazy show.
Goldman never ceases to surprise with his crazy, giant cakes starting at $500 and he thinks he can make just anything.
Goldman, owner of Charm City Cakes in Baltimore (charmcitycakes), said he can create anything one can possibly think of.
Goldman was at the Asbury Park for NJ’s 110th anniversary and there he dished out a giant replica of the Carousel House with a rotating carousel and horses inside!
In Food Network’s most recent show, the cake sculptor served up a six-foot-high ‘Super Cake’, his version of the Super Bowl XLI, complete with a football field, logos, sideline benches, players, coaches and a three-dimensional Lombardi trophy too!
The 32-year celebrity chef, however, insists that his cakes are just not all about the look.
He said,
We definitely are very, very insane about our flavors. Yes, they have to look awesome, but yes, they have to taste really good. People expect a wedding cake to taste like garbage, so I’m trying to change that.
Goldman is surely a pioneer of sort and here you have an art form which is fit for your consumption as well!
