The person who said these words could not have been more apt. Particularly when it comes to dark chocolate, something makes all of us desire the tempting dark chocolate so much. The allure of the rich dark chocolate is indeed undeniable. Therefore, what better way to give in to the temptation of dark chocolate than to create an even more enticing dark chocolate mousse. Follow this scrumptious recipe for arriving at the enticing dark chocolate mousse.

Ingredients:
Dark chocolate (chopped to small pieces) - 150 gms
Thick whipping cream - 250 ml
Eggs (yolks and whites separated) - 2 nos.
Castor sugar - 1 tbsp
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp

Method:
1.) In a mixing bowl, whisk the sugar, vanilla extract and yolks together.
2.) In a separate bowl beat the egg whites until they are stiff.
3.) Take yet another bowl and beat the whipping cream.
4.) Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add to the sugar-yolk mixture. Mix well.
5.) Now fold in the whipping cream into the chocolate-sugar-yolk mixture. After this, fold in egg whites into the mixture.
6.) Take about 3-4 delicate, broad-mouthed stem glasses. Pour in the mousse mixture until each glass is about three-fourths full. You can use more or less number of glasses depending upon the size of glasses you choose.
7.) Refrigerate the mousse for about 3-4 hours or until chilled sufficiently.
8.) You can garnish with whipped cream, strawberry or even a pinch of cinnamon powder before serving.
