You are right Annu, mint really cools you down. Mint (Pudina) has other qualities as well. Firstly, it is a great mouth freshner and a great germ killler. All those who fly around too much should make it a habit to chew a leaf or two of pudina to ward off TB germs. You never know your co passenger may be a carrier of TB germs.
Secondly, for all those who suffer from gas problem, they should have pudina tea. Just put a leaf or two in water while boiling it and make tea the usual way. tastes good too. And keeps ur tummy from bloating. And many more medicinal qualities.
Yummy, it’s better when DIY at home. DIY drink is fresh and healthy; the easiest way for me to cope with thirsty in summer is to have a cup of chinease tea.
Cool drink! :)
